Don't you hate those websites which sell books ... and yet you cannot seem to reach a human being when you have questions to ask? Sometimes, you can't even find their phone number (unless it's their sales dept, of course!)

We are not like that.   Mile Oak Publishing Inc is a tiny "small press" company with BIG best-selling books, and if you have any questions or concerns, I want you to be able to pick up the phone and call Kathy or myself directly.
