How to contact us . . . Don't you hate those websites which sell books and other retail items, and don't appear to have a physical bricks and mortar presence. You can't find their street address, their city or even their phone number (unless it's their sales dept, of course!) You can't seem to reach a human being when you have questions to ask? They assume their "Frequently Asked Questions" (FAQs) web page covers all the enquiries . . . but frequently they don't. We are not like that. Mile Oak Publishing Inc is a tiny "small press" company with BIG best-selling books, and if you have any questions or concerns, I want you to be able to pick up the phone and call Kathy or myself directly. In fact, I want you to feel comfortable about contacting us by whatever means you find the most convenient. We love our readers and fully respect you and your information needs - after all, without satisfied and happy readers we would not be in business. Although a tiny company, Mile Oak Publishing Inc has been in business since 1992 and is properly registered (incorporated) by the Ontario Government.
